Responsibilities: Execute a sales plan consistent with Genki Forest's overall offline retail sales plan and implement CPG sales strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals Manage sales pipeline from end-to-end and open up new accounts Work with the GM to develop sales forecasts and achieve sales objectives Build and develop relationships with key brokers and distributors within the relevant sales channels Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price to meet key objectives Track market trends, opportunities and competitors to develop relevant action plans Generate month-end sales report highlighting monthly accomplishments Collaboration with the marketing team On merchandising and product strategies to increase channel sales Job Requirements: At least 3 years sales and business development experience within the CPG industry Absolute self-starter and team player Work 100% independently, multi-task, and execute follow through in all aspects of the position’s requirements. Strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of early-stage business Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) Strong communication and analytical skills Able to travel 20% of the time
