Responsibilities • Achieves sales targets by acquiring new clients through outbound sales and increasing subscription services per account • Manage renewal, cross-sell, and negotiations for Wind's institutional client accounts • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs • Maintain a deep understanding of Wind's products, processes, and pricing in order to identify and speak with customers about the most relevant features for their specific investment needs Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other business-related fields • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role • Previous account management experience and a track record of success in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Business proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
